Our home on Daniel Island is truly beautiful with custom craftsmanship beyond our expectations! We knew instantly upon review of the building plans, that the house was perfect for our family’s needs as well as our retirement dreams. However, we had trepidations about “supervising” new construction while we continued to work and reside in Western New York. Cy and his team took over, working with our real estate agents, to make the next few months decision and worry free, till we arrived in Charleston just 2 weeks before construction was completed. He has a wonderful eye for design and detail, using the highest quality products. His recommendations for Australian cypress flooring, exquisite crown moldings, various tray and vaulted bead board ceilings, and even a hand crafted fireplace mantle were all perfect. The end result was a gorgeous, comfortable Daniel Island home with lovely marsh views, that we hope to live in for many, many years.
